1. Agreement
By using the eMBriture website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use our services.
2. Scope of services
eMBriture provides education-consultancy services including university admissions advisory, scholarship guidance, test-preparation coaching, visa and pre-departure support, and related services. The specific services in your engagement will be set out in a separate Engagement Letter before work begins.
3. Engagement Letter prevails
Where these Terms conflict with the specific Engagement Letter signed between you and eMBriture, the Engagement Letter prevails.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation. We are not responsible for application, scholarship or visa outcomes that are affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Admissions, scholarship and visa decisions are made by third-party institutions — not by eMBriture. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific admission, scholarship, visa, or immigration outcome. Any illustrative statistics on our website reflect past performance and do not predict individual outcomes.
6. Fees
Fees are set in your Engagement Letter. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in AED in line with the payment schedule in the Engagement Letter. Fees do not include third-party costs (e.g. university application fees, test fees, visa fees), which are your responsibility.
7. No commission arrangements
eMBriture does not receive commissions from universities in respect of client admissions. Our sole source of revenue is client fees set out in Engagement Letters. Any change to this policy would be disclosed clearly to existing and prospective clients.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, designs, frameworks (ESCM™, ESPI™) and the AI advisor, is owned by eMBriture FZC or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written consent.
9. AI advisor disclaimer
Our AI advisor provides general educational information, indicative university data and preliminary matching. Its outputs are not a substitute for professional advice from a senior counsellor. Always verify critical information (fees, deadlines, visa rules) on official university and government websites.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites (universities, scholarships, government sources). eMBriture is not responsible for content or practices on those sites.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, eMBriture's aggregate liability to you in respect of any service is limited to the total fees you have paid for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the Engagement Letter. Refund treatment is set out in our Refunds Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
14. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
