We start every family with a career thesis — a ten-year written plan of who you could become, supported by psychometric data, current labour-market research and your own constraints.
Career Counselling is our foundational service. It's for students still deciding subjects, parents trying to pressure-test a path, and working professionals considering a pivot. Every other service we offer plugs into the thesis this one produces.
By the end of our engagement you have a 12-to-20-page document covering your aptitude profile, 3–5 realistic career paths, the degrees and certifications that lead there, scholarship overlap, and a 12-month action plan.
We run a combination of the Strong Interest Inventory, the Morrisby assessment, abstract reasoning tests and structured aptitude interviews. Every test is administered by a trained counsellor, not a self-serve platform.
We pull live data from LinkedIn Economic Graph, UK government SOC codes, US BLS projections and GCC ministry labour data so your thesis is based on 2026 reality, not 2015 WhatsApp forwards.
Many first consultations are really three — us, the student, and the parent — separately and together. A career thesis that only the student agrees with is a thesis that won't survive Year 13.
30 minutes to understand the family, the student, and the actual questions. No commitment.
Strong Interest Inventory + Morrisby + structured aptitude interview, administered over 2 sessions.
Your lead counsellor pulls live hiring, salary and geographic data for the career paths that fit your profile.
We share a 12–20 page draft, then workshop it with student and parents together.
Clean final document with specific, dated next steps — tests to take, subjects to choose, extracurriculars to pursue.
Your first consultation is free. You'll leave with a clear action plan and timeline.
