1. Who we are

eMBriture FZC ("eMBriture", "we", "us", "our") is a free-zone company registered in the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Block B-B07-98. We provide independent global education consultancy services.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

3. How we use your data

We use your data to deliver the consultancy services you engage us for, including: preparing and submitting applications to universities, scholarship bodies and visa authorities on your instructions; contacting you about your consultations; improving our AI advisor and services; meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

4. Data sharing

We share your personal data only with (a) universities and scholarship bodies you instruct us to apply to; (b) visa authorities and consulates; (c) trusted third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) bound by confidentiality obligations; (d) legal and regulatory authorities when required by law. We never sell your data. We never share data with universities for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain active client data for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years after the last interaction, as required for academic record accuracy, visa audit and tax compliance. You can request earlier deletion at any time where not inconsistent with those obligations.

6. International transfers

Because our services involve foreign universities and visa authorities, your data may be transferred outside the UAE to the country you're applying to. We only transfer data necessary for the specific application.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion (subject to retention requirements above), and to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

8. Cookies & website analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics or equivalent) to understand site usage. You can disable analytics cookies from your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

9. Security

We store client records in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Physical files are stored in locked cabinets. Only team members working on your case have access.
